We can hold a set of keys to your property in our secure key safes, year-round. We will issue keys only to bona fide contractors. Whenever you require a contractor or delivery person to have access to your property, just let us know the details and we can meet them there, oversee any deliveries / work to be done and lock up afterwards.

Checks of unoccupied property

If your property is to be unoccupied for any length of time we can check it periodically – a minimum of once per month and more frequently if we happen to be in your area. We will do a visual check of the exterior of the property and check internally for any signs of damp / drain problems or pest infestation – which we will inform you of and/or deal with immediately. In cases of extreme weather we will send someone out to check for any external damage or excess build up of snow. We can check post-boxes for mail, and forward this if required.

For your peace of mind – or perhaps to meet any insurance requirements - we can PAT test your electrical appliances/plugs. In addition, if applicable, we can arrange to have your chimney swept or fire extinguishers re-certified.
